The experiments showed that with the activating flux, the spatter loss coefficient decreased, the depth and width of penetration increased and the appearance of welds was smooth. 结果表明,使用活性剂可以使焊接飞溅率大大降低,焊缝熔深增加,熔宽增大,焊缝表面成形光滑。
By means of this model, we study the relation between the welding spatter and the peak current, obtaining the theoretical formula to show the relationship of spatter loss coefficient and the peak current. 借助该模型,对焊接飞溅与峰值电流关系进行推导,得到了反映飞溅率与峰值电流关系的理论表达式。
